Music Library has an active presence in the Greek national branch of the International Association of Music Libraries, Archives and Documentation Centers - IAML, through its participation in the research teams and working groups of the branch that deal with issues related to the management of libraries and archives collections.
In April 2017, the Music Library, in collaboration with the branch, organized the 1st Congress of Music Libraries and Archives, the aim of which was the participation and interaction of scientists and professionals involved in music information, music libraries and music in general. exchange ideas and discuss new practices as well as be informed about new trends in the field.
